Rede Consulting is looking for a motivated Business Analyst with experience gathering process requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our expanding ServiceNow Business Process practice.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with and support our Business Process Consultants during client workshops and throughout ServiceNow Implementations
Capture business requirements, develop process flow diagrams, and document business cases
Partner with Rede’s technical consultants and project teams to write and review user stories
Prepare training materials, and lead client fulfiller training sessions
Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceNow implementations, or other cloud services platform implementation, for at least 2 years
At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar, role working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments.
Ability to communicate effectively and to impart complex technical ideas in user-friendly language
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent note-taking.
Bi-lingual exposure to Japanese language will be a big plus
Extra Awesome:
Experience supporting ServiceNow transformations involving CSM,HRSD, ITAM, and/or ITSM modules,
Experience working within an Agile framework, experience with writing user stories, and creating use case test scripts.
