Business Development Executive

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Pune


Main Essential Functions :

  • Ability to sell core ServiceNow Product/Platform and associated Professional Services

  • Creates and executes an individual sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual goals

  • Works alongside Inside Sales Team on Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Works with Marketing Team to develop custom-tailored campaigns for prospects and clients in the defined territory.

  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients; explaining products and services capabilities;

  • Performs sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives within assigned territory

  • Identifies and researches prospects and clients

  • Works with the Solution Consulting team to define the engagement scope

  • Organizes and drives complex sales pursuits with support from internal and external partner eco-systems


Education & Skills/Qualifications :

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in selling software products and services with a minimum of 2 years of experience to sell either IT Service/Project Management or Customer Service Management tools.

  • Good verbal and written communication

  • Proven track record of business development with consulting services and software products

  • Ability to utilize technology and tools provided to drive the sales process and pursue new business
