ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Integration Developer)

Technical Consultant is an intricate member of our project teams who designs, develops, tests and deploys solutions for our customers. . He/She understands the need to build on the extensive knowledge of what works and more importantly... what doesn’t work.
What You Will Do:
Be the One to -
[+] Participate in ServiceNow HRSD projects as a technical resource to design, develop, test and deploy integration systems to synchronize data
[+] Convert data from our customers legacy systems in to ServiceNow HRSD (ie historical cases, HR profile data, employee documents, etc)
[+] Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow HRSD configurations and integration development
[+] Engage in timely and effective communications to customers
[+] Demonstrate expert understanding of technical and functional best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD
[+] Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer’s business
[+] Deliver excellence
[+] Be agile, stay agile
What You Need:
[+] First class communication and presentation skills
[+] 2-8 years proven experience as an integration developer
[+] 1-8 years of ServiceNow development, configuration or maintenance experience
[+] Understanding of technical components including ServiceNow Case and Knowledge configuration and Integration development
[+] Participated in implementations an HCM or HRIS system
[+] Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
[+] BS Degree or equivalent work experience
[+] Ability to travel 25-50%
[+] ServiceNow experience is a MUST
[+] ServiceNow HR experience is a PLUS
** Candidate interested to work in Germany, must have knowledge of locally spoken language (i.e. German)
