Lead the ServiceNow team in the use of agile methodologies. Work with all stakeholders (including business leaders and end users) to analyze business needs, develop appropriate custom solutions and ensure that the solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
What You'll Do:
Support and customization of ITSM (Incident Problem, Change Management) & ITOM (Service Mapping, Event Management, Discovery)
Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
Support out of the box applications including Problem, Change, Incident, Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Management
Integrating with SOAP/REST API's
What You'll Need:
4+ Years of ServiceNow Development/Administration
ITIL Foundation Training
Agile Development methodology or similar experience
Experience integrating with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, Glide Script
