Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rede Consulting Services LLP. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives and conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

# Experience in employer branding initiatives
# Interviewing and Recruiting skills
# Experience with implementing effective talent acquisition strategies
# Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
# Ability to work independently and remotely
# Experience in the IT industry is a plus
# Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
# Should be smart in terms of problem solving and should be a critical thinker.
# Dynamic Personality, Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
# Person should have a desire to gain knowledge.
