Business development executive is a person who is responsible for the growth of the business and to find new targets, leads to promote the sales and services of the company or organization.
Responsibilities:
Increase and explore new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow products. Our competition in the industry and positioning.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and different channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Identify customer business issues and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
Develop and cultivate relationships with key and targeted customers necessary to drive long-term business objectives.
Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive, present new products and services to enhance existing relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer with regards to ServiceNow’s Expert and Success Services portfolio.
Requirements/ Experience
Established executive level relationships within the ServiceNow community.
Strong executive presence & track record of consistent quota attainment & over achievement.
C-suite relationship engagement and management.
Must be a team player that is goal-oriented and confident, with aptitude and desire to build high-performing teams.
Experience of minimum 4-6 years into selling enterprise level services preferably in ServiceNow.
Should have expertise into end-to-end sales cycle for selling.
Should have good experience into selling in the USA or Europe
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
