Role and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to produce quality results within tight timeframes and complex personalities.
Design and implement customized learning solutions and delivery methods where appropriate
Collaborate with Delivery leadership to assess skill gaps among our delivery organization and take direct action to address those gaps
Drive organizational change and behavioral change where necessary to drive desired business outcomes
Identify and gather key performance indicators to assess and track the effectiveness of all delivery training programs
What you bring:
6-8 years of experience in strategic and hands-on roles building, executing and measuring the effectiveness of Learning and Development programs in Professional Services organizations
Demonstrated experience applying advanced theoretical knowledge of Change Management, Organization Design, and Corporate Learning to solve business challenges
Extensive experience building strong influential relationships with organizational leadership in order to achieve goals laid out in the strategy
Leadership and management skills with the ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines; high degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion in handling priority conflicts and resources constraints
Experience with building and delivering effective presentations and data-centric reports to organization leadership
Big 5 consulting experience and/or a boutique consultancy that moves at a rapid pace
Must have solid background in establishing Professional Training / Learning Business.
