Position : Account Executive
Location : Pune, Maharashtra
Exp : 3-5 years
The Account Executive will be based in Pune, Maharashtra. They will engage with their customers throughout the sales cycle; from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond. They are the trusted advisers to the C-Suite and the end users. In addition, they are not afraid to present a Disruptive Idea built using ServiceNow platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
[ - ] BA/BS Degree required or equivalent practical experience
[ - ] Minimum 3-5 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
[ - ] Hunting mentality, tenacity to close the deal.
Preferred Qualifications:
[ - ] Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
[ - ] Executing cold-calling
[ - ] Experience in dealing with Direct sales methodology
[ - ] Familiarity with selling transformative software and SaaS/PaaS solutions
[ - ] Strong written and verbal communication skills
[ - ] Understanding the business issues impacting large enterprise organizations with the ability to educate/evangelize and so generate opportunities out of this knowledge
[ - ] Experience in managing large complex account relationships
[ - ] Strong network of contacts across enterprise organizations in the respective region
[ - ] Ability to work credibly at all levels, especially at CXO level
[ - ] Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
[ - ] Able to know when to seek guidance
[ - ] Self-critical and eager to improve and optimize the sales processes and tools
[ - ] Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
[ - ] Strong customer references
[ - ] Availability to travel
[ - ] Ability to communicate in fluently in English
