
Position : Business Development Associate

Rede Consulting business team is looking for a curious Sales professional, skilled in implementing new programs, establishing new relationships, and driving engagement. As part of our Business Development team you will get to help develop, scale, and take ownership over various aspects of our sales and account management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or account management, and strong analytical skills. We will consider both junior (2+ years) and senior (5+ years) level candidates for this role, based on various factors, such as experience, demonstrated skills, company needs, etc.
Key Responsibilities
[ - ] Assist in building new business opportunities to high-quality providers on ServiceNow platform
[ - ] Manage sales process from outreach to account management
[ - ] Building relationships with our existing clients to increase their performance and grow their business
[ - ] Manage the existing process used to connect our clients to our service providers, ensuring we best meet their needs
[ - ] Help develop and scale the provider outreach, on-boarding, & account management process
[ - ] Bring creative ideas to scale our supply efforts
Required Skills & Experience
[ - ] 2+ years of experience in inside or outside SaaS sales role (5+ for Senior)
[ - ] 2+ years in a client facing role supporting large, Enterprise SaaS customers
[ - ] A proven history of meeting & exceeding sales targets
[ - ] Strong verbal and written professional skills; ability to compile and present data, insights, and recommendations to different audiences, including executives
[ - ] Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams
[ - ] Strong self-starter who is able to work independently to develop new business opportunities
[ - ] Strong prioritization skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple projects
[ - ] Possess natural curiosity to drive the next levels of business questions and insights, not afraid to ask questions
[ - ] Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with a competitive academic record
Preferred Skills & Experience
[ - ] Inventive, creative and solution oriented in ambiguous situations
[ - ] Finance/BD/consulting related work experience
[ - ] Marketplace or Search related work experience
[ - ] Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) and presentation tools, with great attention to detail
[ - ] Understanding of product development process
[ - ] Background working with multi-national
[ - ] Exposure in Asia-Pacific / Europe / USA market ( one is must )
[ - ] Valid Passport is good to have
