Job Description : The Compliance Specialist – will be responsible for written responses to due diligence and related questionnaires regarding our services, tracking and managing responses to ensure consistency and accuracy, and coordinating efforts with other team members.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to due diligence questionnaires and security compliance inquiries from existing and prospective customers regarding specific offerings.
+ Support Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding information security topics to support Sales and Marketing.
+ Participate in customer meetings and assist team members in addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding the security compliance of products and services.
+ Contribute to a library of standard responses to common customer questions about security, compliance, and adherence to evolving global regulations and industry standards.
+ Participate in evaluating methods for improving and automating security information sharing with appropriate stakeholders.
+ Assist in identify potential security and compliance gaps or improvement needed to meet customer expectations more effectively.
+ Participate in audits and other compliance activities.
Qualifications
+ 2 to 6 years of related experience required.
+ Strong written and spoken communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
+ Understanding of cyber security principles, concepts, and technologies.
+ Ability to succeed in a deadline-driven, team environment as well as work independently.

+ Customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude and approach.
+ Ability to learn detailed information about and security products and services quickly.
+ Ability to describe complex technical information into clear, concise terms.
+ Ability to work irregular hours if necessary to support global, customer-facing teams.
+ Proficient in MS Office suite.
