Position: Enterprise Account Manager (2 positions)

Location: Pune (1) and Ahmedabad (1)

Work Type: Full Time (currently remote)

Work Experience: 4-6 years in SaaS application and services sales

Preferred Experience: Selling IRM/GRC or ITOM/ITAM solutions to global clients


  • Identify and pursue opportunities in the Enterprise Customer Segment in EMEA and USA.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on opportunities and solutions.

  • Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for global enterprise customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers.

  • Understand customer objectives, challenges, and priorities to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account planning sessions to drive customer success.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional ServiceNow and other solutions.

  • Develop account plans to meet revenue targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

  • Negotiate contract renewals, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow and other solutions.

  • Collaborate with delivery and support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to measure satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and drive continuous value realization.


  • 4-6 years of experience in selling cloud applications and services in the IT industry (Infrastructure, Platform, and/or Software-as-a-Service).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Quick thinking, driven, passionate, and hardworking.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly.

  • High confidence in engaging with CXOs.

  • Naturally curious and eager to learn continuously.

  • Graduate/MBA/IIM with good industry knowledge, such as in Banking, Insurance, Pharma, or Healthcare.

  • Results-driven, target-oriented, and ambitious.
