  • Be an ambassador for Rede Consulting - attract and hire the best talent in the industry

  • Drive recruitment strategy for the technical hiring side at Rede Consulting

  • Independently drive hiring needs for our business units end to end and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment

  • Develop and plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience, and management

  • Be a talent advisor to the business and provide guidance to build great teams

  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to + Approach people from diverse backgrounds

  • Manage and drive the entire life-cycle of recruitment at Rede Consulting

  • Initiate and drive projects from time to time to help optimize and make the recruitment process more efficient

you should apply if you:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience recruiting, sourcing, and engaging talent in an extremely fast-paced environment

  • Have a great understanding of different roles in the industry; with an understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standards

  • Are a great storyteller by nature and can represent the vision of Redde Consulting

  • Have the ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process

  • Are great at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
