Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions according to client requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts using ServiceNow technologies (e.g., ServiceNow Platform, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow development.
Manage and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on ServiceNow development best practices.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configurations, including Service Portal, Workflows, Forms, and UI policies.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server) and scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
Exposure to ServiceNow ITAM or ITAM or IRM is a must.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
