The Role
The focus of this role is to develop and deploy Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform for public/private sectors organization.
Job Role and Responsibilities
Participate on project teams that define, design, and develop IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on requirements gathered from clients
Prepare technical and design documents as part of the project.
Help define and estimate sprints for Agile projects
Configure, code, and test solutions for clients under the guidance of Architects.
Provide guidance and instruction on showing end users how to use the solution that has been built for them
Demonstrate problem-solving skills as part of designing and developing IRM solutions
Expected Skills and Expertise
3+ years experience working in software development involving ServiceNow Risk Management or similar products.
Must have good experience and expertise in developing IRM, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM) use cases.
Experience working with risk or compliance teams, tools, and practices.
Knowledge of industry standards or frameworks such as NIST, PCI, and ISO27001 is desired.
Familiarity with database concepts and experience in query languages such as SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle.
Knowledge of working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST is desired.
Knowledge of these skills desired: JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Node.js. desired.
Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall/Agile hybrid.
Knowledge of writing Requirements, Design, and Test Plan documents.
Knowledge of working with customers to understand business problems and translate them to technical requirements, design, and build solutions, perform testing, conduct demos, and train end users on how to use solutions.

Graduate or must have demonstrated work experience
