Job Responsibilities
Proficient in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, with strong problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, encompassing JavaScript, workflows, and update sets.
Skilled in coding, object-oriented programming, and developing modularized software.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience with the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, covering JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Client Scripts, along with custom application development.
Capable of designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
Demonstrated proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations within the ServiceNow environment.
Familiarity with ServiceNow security principles and access controls.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven track record of successfully completing intricate projects within specified timelines.
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies.
Verified experience as a pivotal technical expert, leading the development of solutions.
Ability to influence and advise on key technical decisions throughout project delivery, presenting options along with their respective pros, cons, and risks.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to navigate cultural diversity.
Established as a team player and adept at building cohesive teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
