Hiring - Solution Sales Specialist

Looking for a passionate "Solutions Sales Specialist" for offering our services to clients based out of Europe, AsiaPac, MiddleEast or USA.



As a member of our sales team you will have a major impact on our future success.

The Solution Sales Specialist will drive and generate sales revenue, within existing accounts and also with new logos. This will be achieved by working closely with the wider sales eco-system, with the support of a dedicated Solution Consultant, to deliver territory planning, account planning, forecasting, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities to ensure success in generating revenue opportunities and effective management and closure of sales opportunities.

[+] Decide the region or territory (APAC/EU/MEA/US) you want, basis your strength n network

[+] Develop your own sales strategy within the defined territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan

[+] You decide number of hours you want to work

[+] You decide when or which hour of the day you want to work

[+] You decide to work from any part of this globe or universe


What we're looking for someone who has/can

[+] 4+yrs of successful sales experience in enterprise s/w or consulting services

[+] Good knowledge and experience in Security or Compliance or Automation domain

[+] Take a proactive approach to managing and drive business to achieve goals

[+] Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

[+] New business sales focus

[+] Previous SaaS sales experience highly desirable

[+] Commercially astute, experience in developing business case and ROI together with customer’s personnel.

[+] Good to have fluency in any one local language (German/French/Spanish)

[+] Bachelor's or related discipline preferred

[+] This is a remote position, can work from anywhere


What we offer

(a) For the first 90 days, the engagement will be considered as performance evaluation engagement

(b) You will receive a fixed % commission on every sale or engagement made

(c) You will be eligible for a permanent position after 90 days of demonstrated sales success

(d) Partnership option will be considered for desirable candidate too
