We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management) Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a Senior ServiceNow ITAM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on IT Asset Management processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IT Asset Management requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational needs.
Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT Asset Management capabilities, including asset discovery, tracking, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM processes with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow ITAM solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance ITAM processes.
Participate in the resolution of complex technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO )
Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow - end user/administrator perspective,
Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools
Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,
Working knowledge of relational databases
Taking part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shooting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IT Asset Management.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other relevant technologies.
In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Asset Management certification is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
