Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC modules, coupled with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance processes. As a Senior ServiceNow GRC Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions to enhance our organization's GRC capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet specific organizational needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Integration: Collaborate with other development teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems, maintaining data integrity and seamless information flow.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation within the GRC framework, utilizing ServiceNow workflows and scripting to streamline and enhance existing processes.
Risk and Compliance Management: Implement and maintain risk management and compliance processes within ServiceNow GRC, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the ServiceNow GRC platform effectively.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow GRC configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow GRC solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on GRC modules.
Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Glide Script.
Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC modules.
Familiarity with IT security frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
