About the Role

REDE Consulting is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in selling Risk, Governance, and Compliance (RGC/GRC) or Quality & Regulatory technology solutions to the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry.


This role is ideal for someone who understands pharma quality, compliance workflows, and digital transformation, and can effectively position REDE’s ServiceNow GRC and Data + AI–powered compliance solutions to CXOs and Quality leaders.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Risk & Compliance solutions in the Pharma / Life Sciences sector.

  • Build and execute account strategies for target pharma clients (Enterprise + Mid-Market).

  • Present and position REDE’s ServiceNow GRC and Data+AI offerings to QA, QC, IT, Risk, and Compliance leaders.

  • Create compelling proposals, RFP responses, value stories, and solution demonstrations in partnership with presales.


Client Engagement

  • Identify customer pain points around quality, data integrity, supplier risk, deviations, CAPA, compliance, and audits.

  • Maintain deep understanding of pharma compliance requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11).

  • Engage with senior stakeholders (QA Head, CIO, Site Heads, Compliance Directors) to drive pipeline and conversion.


Market & Partnerships

  • Develop strong relationships with ServiceNow teams, industry influencers, and partner ecosystems.

  • Continuously monitor competition, market trends, and regulatory changes in pharma quality & compliance.


Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and CRM hygiene.



Required Experience & Skills

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience selling Risk, Compliance, GRC, Quality Management, or Pharma Digital Transformation solutions.

  • Proven track record of selling into large pharma or life sciences organizations.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, GRC platforms, QMS, LIMS, MES, or digital quality solutions is a strong advantage.


Skills

  • Strong understanding of pharma compliance, QA/QC workflows, data integrity, supplier quality, and audit processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment.
