About the Role

REDE Consulting is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and looking for talented ServiceNow Developers and Senior Developers with strong hands-on experience in Risk, Governance & Compliance (GRC/IRM) modules—specifically for Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences enterprises.

If you have deep platform expertise, understand regulated industry workflows, and enjoy designing scalable digital compliance solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to work with global clients and cutting-edge ServiceNow + AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IRM/GRC modules such as:
- Policy & Compliance
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk
- Operational Resilience
Implement workflows supporting pharma/biotech quality, compliance, and risk processes.
Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and business SMEs on requirement analysis and solution design.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (QMS, ERP, LIMS, MES, etc.) as needed.
Ensure development aligns with GxP, data integrity, security, and platform best practices.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, UAT cycles, and deployment activities.
Prepare technical documentation and ensure maintainable, scalable solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

3–8 years of total experience (Developers / Senior Developers).
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Risk/Compliance/IRM/GRC modules.
Experience working with Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech clients is mandatory.
Strong understanding of regulated industry processes (GxP, CAPA, audits, risk governance).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer).
Experience designing client scripts, UI policies, business rules, integrations, ACLs, and workflows.
Familiarity with Now Platform capabilities (CMDB, integrations, dashboards, workspace).

Certifications (Must Have)

ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow CIS – Risk and/or Compliance (preferred/strong advantage)
Any additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
