Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our team onsite in [EU Location]. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ ITOM/ ITAM/ HRSD/ CSM/ GRC) to enhance our IT service management capabilities. As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze requirements, customize applications, and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.


1.ServiceNow Development:

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

2.Customization and Integration:

  • Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, workflows, and integrations to enhance functionality and optimize user experience.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications as needed.

3.Scripting and Automation:

  • Write, test, and debug ServiceNow scripts (JavaScript, Glide API) for business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and orchestration.

  • Implement automation solutions to streamline IT service management processes.

4.Technical Documentation:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow development, configuration, and customizations.

  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

5.Incident and Problem Resolution:

  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

  • Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure the timely resolution of incidents and problems.

6.Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure ServiceNow configurations align with security and compliance standards.

  • Stay informed about ServiceNow updates, patches, and best practices to maintain a secure environment.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ITSM processes.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is must

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS and related technologies.

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, other

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
