The Mission

Own and scale REDE’s Banking & Insurance sales charter. Your will drive revenue, build strategic CXO relationships, and turn REDE into a trusted partner for compliance, risk, and digital transformation in BFSI.

What You’ll Own

  • Build and close a strong BFSI pipeline across banks, insurers, NBFCs, and fintechs.

  • Hunt new logos while expanding key accounts — no comfort-zone farming.

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to deal closure.

  • Position REDE as a go-to partner for:

    • ServiceNow IRM / GRC

    • Regulatory compliance & DORA readiness

    • Risk automation & controls testing

    • AI-powered governance

  • Engage CIOs, CROs, CISOs, Compliance Heads, COOs — and sell value, not just services.

  • Partner with delivery & leadership to shape offerings, pricing, and go-to-market.

  • Build market presence through events, alliances, and thought leadership.

  • Own numbers — revenue, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and win-rates.


Who We’re Looking For

You are not just a salesperson. You are a business builder.

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales within Banking & Insurance.

  • Proven closer of large consulting / technology deals.

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Banking & insurance operations

    • Regulatory & compliance landscape

    • Risk, audit, governance, and controls

  • Experience selling one or more of:

    • ServiceNow, GRC platforms, risk solutions

    • Digital transformation, AI, analytics, or cloud

  • You know how to open doors, influence stakeholders, and get deals done.

  • Comfortable with targets, pressure, and ambiguity — this is a growth rocket, not a cruise ship.
