1. Accountable for the end-to-end RECRUITMENT: Right from acquiring profiles, conducting screening interviews, and ensuring Candidates join on the date by continuous follow up and solving post-joining queries and concerns.

2. Candidate should have good knowledge & relevant experience in hiring for various IT Requirements.


  • Candidates should have good knowledge & relevant experience in hiring for various IT Requirements.

  • Candidates should be Proficient in resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, Linkedin, headhunting, personal network, etc.

  • Candidates must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, and referrals, and not only rely on job board ads or a database.

  • Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.

  • Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post-offer follow-up, and handle issues related to Offer / Joining Date / On-Boarding / CTC as applicable.

  • Be a brand Ambassador who promotes our company culture, mission & values to candidates and external service providers

  • Pre-screens resumes and evaluates candidate background & skills

Desired Candidate

  • You will recruit permanent, full-time employees across the business and have experience delivering cross-sector in higher volume recruitment.

  • You will recruit ServiceNow sales/commercial, service/product delivery specialists, technical roles (architect, developers) in previous roles.

  • You have good understanding of IT / Software skills & Technologies.

  • Prior experience in recruiting core IT / Software profiles for all levels is a must.

  • You must have Excellent English communication both oral & written.

  • Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks.

  • Should have good Analytical, problem solving, decision making & people management skills.

  • Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.

  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills.

  • Proven track record of contributing to global recruitment programs for hyper-growth high-tech company, highly preferred.

  • Candidates with exposure to ServiceNow Talent acquisition will be given preference


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
