About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in hiring onsite resources in the USA. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of visa classifications (H1B, W2, C2C, etc.) and be comfortable working in the USA shift.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end recruitment for onsite USA roles – sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

✔ Deep understanding of US work authorizations and visa classifications (H1B, W2, C2C, etc.).

✔ Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements across various industries.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.

✔ Ensure compliance with US hiring and labor laws.

✔ Manage multiple hiring channels to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 4-6 years of experience in USA talent acquisition.

✅ Hands-on experience with H1B, W2, C2C, and other visa processes.

✅ Strong networking skills and experience using various sourcing tools.

✅ Ability to work in the USA shift and manage stakeholders effectively.

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✅ Must have good English communication skills.

✅ Should be able to join within 15days.
