Expected skills and experience ServiceNow Consultants should have:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM workflows

• Knowledge of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures (ideally you'll be ITIL certified)

• Experience in configuring, implementing, and developing ServiceNow

• Experience in designing and developing integrations with third-party tools

• Knowledge of web-based development languages like JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML

• Experience with Agile/Scrum project management practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Ability to present and explain information to audiences of all technical skill levels

Education:

University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or other degree/diploma related to software programming or coding, or equivalent experience
