
Position Overview: The ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Practice Head is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and successful delivery of the ServiceNow IRM practice within the organization. This role involves managing a team of experts, driving business development efforts, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing innovative and effective IRM solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the ServiceNow IRM practice in alignment with overall organizational goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IRM and incorporate them into the practice's offerings.
Practice Development and Growth:
Drive the growth of the ServiceNow IRM practice by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and exploring untapped markets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow IRM consultants, architects, developers, and analysts.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Solution Design and Delivery:
Work closely with clients to understand their IRM requirements and business challenges, and design effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by overseeing solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving needs.
Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
Thought Leadership:
Establish the ServiceNow IRM practice as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to thought leadership content, speaking at industry events, and participating in relevant forums.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Define and track key performance metrics for the ServiceNow IRM practice, such as project profitability, client satisfaction, and team utilization.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the practice's performance and growth trajectory.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the practice's services and solutions.
Seek feedback from clients, team members, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Risk Management).
Extensive experience (5+ years) in ServiceNow IRM solution design, implementation, and delivery.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Business acumen and ability to drive business development efforts.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
