As our client base expands, we are looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (CSM) who can help global enterprises optimize their Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows and deliver high-impact business outcomes.



Your Impact

  • At REDE, you won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. You’ll be part of strategic, high-value projects where you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them transform customer service operations with the ServiceNow CSM module. You’ll have visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading enterprises.



Your Team

  • You’ll collaborate with REDE’s Business Process Consulting (BPC) team, guided by the Director of ServiceNow BPC. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, no-ego culture where smart, motivated professionals work together to solve complex business problems and deliver top-quality ServiceNow solutions.



What to Expect

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Process Analysis & Design – Draft client future-state CSM processes, contribute to execution planning, and lead transition workshops.

  • Requirements Management – Write and manage user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization.

  • Collaboration & Project Monitoring – Estimate development efforts, facilitate scrums, and participate in client/project team meetings.

  • Training & Adoption – Deliver solution demos, train key users, prepare user guides, and support organizational change management.



The Experience We’re Looking For

We’re seeking professionals with the following background (but if you have strong CSM experience, we’d love to hear from you even if you don’t meet all criteria):

  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow CSM module.

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant in IT environments.

  • Expertise in process analysis and designing complex workflows.

  • Skilled in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with proven focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.

  • Passionate about mentoring and knowledge sharing.
