About the Role:

REDE Consulting is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM) and strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions.

• Align ITAM processes with business goals to maximize ROI.

• Integrate ITAM with CMDB, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules for a unified ecosystem.

• Provide governance, best practices, and guidance to development and implementation teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance and audit readiness through structured ITAM processes.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on ITAM.

• Expertise in HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and CMDB.

• Strong understanding of IT Asset lifecycle, compliance, and license optimization.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• ServiceNow certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

• For USA applicants: must be a local resident or Green Card Holder.
