About the Role:

REDE Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) with proven experience in gathering requirements, translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions, and driving successful ITAM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow ITAM.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for implementation.

• Support ITAM processes such as asset lifecycle management, compliance, and optimization.

• Assist in ServiceNow module configuration, reporting, and testing.

• Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks and best practices.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall experience, with strong focus on ITAM and ServiceNow.

• Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation.

• Strong understanding of IT Asset lifecycle, compliance, and governance.

• ServiceNow certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• For USA applicants: Must be a local resident or Green Card Holder.
