Your Impact

Your Team

You’ll join a high-performing BPC ServiceNow team, collaborating under the leadership of the BPC ServiceNow Director. We value expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving—without egos. Just smart, driven people working together to create impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Design, deploy, and integrate ServiceNow SPM modules for enterprise clients.

  • Lead product demonstrations, requirements workshops, and project planning sessions.

  • Translate business needs into actionable solutions, documenting future-state processes.

  • Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, and define test plans.

  • Deliver client enablement sessions, including train-the-trainer programs.


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years as a Business Analyst, with 4+ years as a ServiceNow Process Consultant.

  • Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes.

  • Skilled in process analysis, workflow design, and stakeholder persuasion to adopt best practices.

  • Ability to write clear user stories, define test plans, and support Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Recognized for leadership, professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused problem-solving.
